Biography form (MS Word *.doc format) - for all registered Scouters in South Mountain District. There is also a new PDF version that can be filled out and printed or saved and sent as an attachment (file must be saved to your computer before filling out, in order to do this). Fill out and attach either the Word doc or PDF in an email to Bob Monto or drop off a printed copy at the Council office.
