All registered Scouters in South Mountain District should fill out the district biography form (MS Word *.doc format) or PDF version that can be filled out and printed or saved and sent as an attachment (PDF file must be saved to your computer to do this). Send either Word doc or PDF as an attachment in an email to Bob Monto or drop off a printed copy at the Council office.
